Why have Duologi contacted me regarding my Direct Debit?
Duologi provided the finance for a purchase. You do currently make payments to us by direct Debit, this is just a notification that the name of Duologi will appear on your bank statement instead of Specialist Lending Limited. We are changing our payment processor and need to advise all customers of this change.
Have any of the Direct Debit Guarantee’s changed?
No, as per your email the Direct Debit guarantee remains in place.
Do I need to contact my Bank?
There is no action for you or your Bank to take. Your payments will be taken as per normal. You will notice that Duologi will appear on your statement moving forward but the date and amount will not change.
Are my payments changing?
No, your payment arrangements and amounts have not been changed in any way and your repayments will continue as normal apart from Duologi being named on your Bank statement moving forward

Has my agreement changed?
No changes have been made to your agreement with us and will continue as normal until the finance is repaid or settled.
Has my agreement passed to another company?
No. Your agreement with Duologi remains unchanged
I have received a notification from my Bank regarding a new mandate for Go Cardless.
As we have changed the details, your bank may advise you of a new mandate. Only one payment will be taken from your account under the amended instruction.
