Whether you are a customer or a Merchant that previously worked with Duologi, and you want to get in touch, please use the relevant support below.

We are not taking on any new customer applications and have closed our point of sale loan division.

If we have previously contacted you in relation to an outstanding estate agency service fee for the listing of your property, your account is not affected by this. You will still need to make payment to us for your service fee using the details on this website.

If your point of sale loan (agreement beginning with either LRN0, A00, or a 7-digit number beginning with a 3) remained open after 1st January 2024, it will have been assigned to a new owner. That business is now responsible for the management of your account and any outstanding balance. They will write to explain what happens next. Please note that Duologi cannot provide you any assistance or information regarding this process.
